Super cute little ice cream parlor with flavors of ice cream that you don't know (ouzo ice cream, tomato ice cream, and much more). I had a long vanilla ice cream and oops, suddenly I come across a solid mass. Well, what's in there? A marschmellow (hope I spelled that correctly). 3€ for a ball is steep, but considering that they have to have everything come from the mainland, it's okay. View all feedback.
What Apostolis Tziokas doesn't like about Piccolo Cafe Nisyros:
The coffee was unacceptable and 2 scoops of ice cream cone cost 7 euros! I don't think that such a clear exploitation of the tourist-visitor is appropriate on such a small and picturesque island! View all feedback.
I don't think that i can rate more when they are actually selling expired products. Stay away! The decoration might be beautiful but do not let that fool you.

Piccolo cafe is the Best cafe on the island... You can drink perfekt coffee, eat delicious gelato and find good company all the time!
