We were braving the cold having a walk on a Wintery morning, but the super friendly hospitality soon warmed us up. So kind and accomodating to our dog who was tied up outside next to their water bowl, while we were inside with our baby grand daughter. Water provided although we said we only wanted coffee. What User doesn't like about Jean Pierre Sancho Mandurah:
Food was nicely presented and the location is great. BUT! $50 for a bottle of wine in a Patisserie Really!! Interesting that they don't display a wine list on their web-site. View all feedback.
One of the best pieces of fish I have had in a long time, beautifully cooked, few more chips would have been even better.

Couldn't resist the freshly baked Escargot (served warm) :delicious. Others had the scones, jam & cream and my daughter enjoyed her gluten free orange & almond cake. Serving presentation of all was lovely. Drinks: chai latte, latte, milk shake, cappuccino were all given high commendations. We thoroughly recommend this cafe for the warm attentive service and top quality delicious food & drinks.
Fantastic location overlooking the water, very relaxed feel, and the service is top class.Lovely coffee, and we had fruit toast which was thick bread, and tasted lovely. All food is presented with love,on not your run of the mill cutlery and crockery. The owners spend time to talk and get to know their customers, and this is from the heart, not over the top.Various wait staff have been trained well, and there are obvious expectations of them, which works well.Great food, locational, overall a very pleasant experience, this is a must on your next visit to/from, or passing through Mandurah.
This was a great choice for lunch. The vegetarian crepes were delicious and they were more than happy to 'veganise' them by removing the ricotta. The omelette looked and apparently tasted great and the deluxe burger was tasty and well cooked - the accompanying salad, chutney and wedges were good too.
