Nice formal and well furnished place in the historic center of Manfredonia, good starter. First really great, only the fried turned out a little gummy but definitely not unmangiabile, indeed. Unfortunately the service was not great, staff a little cold and absent. The only kind was a gentleman, probably the owner, who passed a couple of times to the table to ask if we had liked the first.
