"Some staffs on the frontline(cashier) are too slow, they seems like they don't know their tasks and still need to asked to their colleagues, thus making the service slower. 2 Touchscreen provided on the kiosk for ordering to make the flow faster, are rarely used. Need refresher training for the staffs"
