"Gave them 5 stars a year ago. Never going there again. Decor starting to look run down, with service to match. In spite of the restaurant not being very full, more than an hour after placing our order, we eventually decided to find food elsewhere. No explanation offered, nor an attempt to offer as much as a bun."

"I just came from work and have to say that I loved everything about the place. The atmosphere was great and the store was spotless as always since it's not the first time time coming here and it's always the same. The staff is always welcoming and vibrant. What stood out was an amazing service from one of your staff member who helped with my order. Some of the things on the menu are a bit tricky and a bit confusing but Kele managed to humbly and kindly help me with a smile on her face and I have to say that she's amazing. She's one of the people I would definitely come back for. I am Soo honored and greatful."
