We had placed an online order for two drinks. We waited 20 minutes after checking in. There were maybe 6 cars, so it wasn’t busy at all. The poor carhop seemed to be the only one doing anything at all! View all feedback.

Every time I order food, it is not hot, it's like it has been sitting under a heating lamp. Need to serve food hot when ordered.
