So this was my first time trying insomnia cookies. It didn’t get off to a great start but ended fantastic. I was passing through St Louis on my way to TN and ordered delivery from this location around 8pm. At almost 9pm, still no cookies so I called the store and they offered a refund. VERY VERY upset with the level of service I received. I waited 35 minutes before they even began preparing the order and then received a call after it was supposed to initially be delivered saying they didnt even have the kind of cookie I ordered. After being offered a classic cookie at the price of a deluxe my cookies were FINALLY delivered after AN HOUR!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. View all feedback.
