Starbucks - Manhattan

What A M doesn't like about Starbucks:
I am not from Manhattan originally but i've been to many Starbucks. I frequent the Lawrence location which usually has triple the volume of this store. It SHOULD NOT take 45 minutes to go through the drive through for one drink.
