While I think it qualifies well for the first 2 (nice location, pretty good drinks selection, great service), it's not quite up-to-par for the title restaurant. The restaurant also provides suitable seating for its smallest guests in the form of baby high chairs, and there's a counter where you can sit and have. If the weather are right, you can also have something to eat outside, and there is a eating area with chairs/tables.
