"What a great restaurant. I was heading to Delhi from a week being snowed in in Tosh village and living on maggi instant coffee. I stopped at the Evergreen with three hours to kill before my bus, ordered some food and promptly cancelled my bus ticket to stay a few days and eat more at the Evergreen. Everything’s on point but the tandoori grilled meats are the best in the valley. The hummus is amazing and the drinks excellent. Can’t wait to return in August for some Monsoon munchies!"
