I must say that the food was good, I had the Sig sig Rice and it was a big portion, the Ice Tea that was served to me had a weird taste of tap water and way too sweet! Probably not mixed properly! This place has been in existence for a number of years already but this is the FIRST time for me to dine here. I really do not know what stalled me from eating here…must be the Kapampangan cuisine which I know I can also have in Cabalen. Anyway, the ambience of Mangan is of course very different from Cabalen.
