I had a nice experience in Manila Grand Opera Hotel. Rooms are average. Customer service is okay. They have room services. Facilities are great. They have a pool. Reception area is great but a little congested. Foods are great! Interior designs are fascinating; they have classic photos of great Filipino celebrities which I thought was cool. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. View all feedback.
What 3Bea M 2 months ago on Google New doesn't like about Manila Grand Opera:
The room I was in had no windows. The room is spacious but the vibe still feels like a cheap motel. The breakfast buffet is disappointing too. They are serving over riped flavorless fruits that already smells bad. The only decent dish I had is the sardines. View all feedback.
The Manila Grand Opera Hotel is a gorgeous hotel and perfect place to stay if you specifically want to be in the downtown area. This hotel is across the street from a grocery, a laundromat, a 7 11, and not far from several restaurants. Just about everyone speaks English so it's quite easy to find food and other items. The hotel rooms were kept neat and clean. The pool was perfect for the hot summer weather and gave my girlfriend and I plenty of enjoyment. My only disappointments were the lack of some necessary elements in a modern room. #1 There's no place to hang wet clothing in the bathroom. #2 There are no drawers next to the bed for small items. #3 There were only 2 electrical outlets in the room. You absolutely will need an extension cable or two. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I definitely would stay here again.
I personally liked this place because of the people. Excellent customer service, from their security guard, staff inside the lift, housekeeping staff. Everyone greets you genuinely and it affects your mood. The food is great too.
I've stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and in my experience what i really like during my stay is their food. So so good! About their facilities not so so, for example is their elevator, which even though they have 2, but still it has low capacity. So if you are one big group their is a chance that you have to go up with different elevator or batch. Going to the rooms feels like going to a maze but the good thing is there are signs all over.
