"I have eaten well here several times but on Friday 4 August 2017 it was truly terrible. Service was appalling. They clearly forgot our order and the waiters were embarrassed. The chef then obviously rushed things. The Boeuf Bourguignon was thin and watery. The steaks were pale tough and the pepper sauce as if it had come from a packet. The chips seemed to have been defrosted a shown the fryer but were flabby and cold. The manager added insult to injury by knocking off the price of the drinks - small- and charging for the uneaten food - large. When we complained he removed the bill altogether with very bad grace. I live locally but will not go back. J'ai bien mangé ici plusieurs fois, mais le vendredi 4 août 2017, c'était vraiment terrible. Le service était épouvantable. Ils ont clairement oublié notre commande et les serveurs étaient embarassés. Le chef a alors évidemment précipité des choses. Le Boeuf Bourguignon était mince et aqueux. Les steaks étaient pâles et la sauce au poivre comme si elle venait d'un paquet. Les chips semblaient avoir été décongelés et ont montré la friteuse, mais étaient froids et froids. Le directeur a ajouté une insulte à une blessure en éliminant le prix des boissons - petites - et en chargeant les aliments non consommés - de grande taille. Lorsque nous nous sommes plaints, il a supprimé complètement l'addtion avec une très mauvaise grâce. Je vis localement mais je ne reviendrai pas."
