It's a cool, intimate venue, not really a bad seat in the house. You really feel like you can get to know the artists. What I really don't understand is why they have all that seating outside the performance hall, and no food available and limited drinks. This place should at least have a full bar available. What a cool spot in Manitou. Was invited to The Jayhawks concert and what a great experience. Lulu’s Downstairs is a unique venue and I will definitely be back to catch more concerts or events.The downside to that night was we had made a dinner reservation at their upstairs spot before the concert.
