Loved living at The Barker House, good community. Old fashioned, not for those addicted to modernity. If you enjoy antiques, and unique living there's a lot of character! Current management is great. Best if just living and working in Manitou and do not need a vehicle. Didn't hear my neighbors, or street noise which is amazing considering it's in the heart of town! View all feedback.
What Sondra Korte doesn't like about Barker House Apartments:
The owner of this building is as rude and as narcissistic person as I have ever met. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. She is often referred to as the slum landlord of Manitou Springs. I lived there a year and never got the heat thermometer fixed in my room so I had to turn the heat completely off the entire time.
