absolutely horrible service, i’ve ordered the same burger everytime i’ve gone and all i want is simply take off the jalapeños, i used to work there it’s not that hard, you just don’t put them on the burger, and everytime ive tried calling the store either they answer and hang up right away or they just don’t answer at all, never going back i know it doesn’t change much but A&W needs to actually care about what their... It seems the waitress preferred all other customers to us. The restaurant was on the cold temperature side. We will not be returning.
