Very good place with good service and accomodation as well! Especially the open outdoor Onsen. Just wished the food to be better (it was good but could be better). View all feedback.
What Roy N doesn't like about Kikunoyu, Yubara International:
By far the worst Ryokan I had stayed in out of more than 10 Ryokans in Hokkaido, Gunma, Chubu, Kyushu over the past 7 years. Room and common toilet seriously stank of urine. Whole hotel was old and not well maintained. Shower area for rooftop onsen was out in the open and only has a faucet (no shower head), so good luck freezing before you enter the onsen. Kaiseki dinner quality and service was ok but nothing to writ... View all feedback.

The bath was warm and I was able to relieve stress. The food is delicious and comes out so many that you can't eat it!customer service of the staff was also wonderful. thank you so much
Lovely hotel with decent sized guest baths (3 in total, 1 on the rooftop . Food and service are superb. The only thing that disappoints is the basic toilet facilities both in the rooms and public toilets (none are the automated type!
Loved the rooftop onsen early in the evening and again early in the morning.
Very friendly staff, nice food and the hot spring is excellent and large. The bedroom is very clean and large
