We arrived here looking for a different option, we took a pleasant surprise although it lacks to improve a bit:The soups are good the sancocho for example is of very good level and at a very good price, just as the frijoles deserve a special mention. The meat: it is of good size and good cuts, however and here is where they should improve, it is prepared inappropriately, this meat has what can be called a very common ground roasted roast (here we don't know about meat, let's accept it to see if we start to change it) for the purpose of fast handing the meat roast at very high temperature, causing the juices to be lost and not over. That's why it's unwise and drys out what's a pity that the cuts are well selected and very good size, they should improve this and they would have an excellent roast. to roast meat remember the rule of the seconds: each term has a time seconds to which the uncovered hand can resist the heat of coal, or if they want it by temperature, try to make a medium term 65°C (internal temperature) and leave there for others.It is not space science and surely someday we can achieve it in our city.
It is a restaurant that is distinguished by what in Colombia we call Creole food, which is the local, if you drop this kind of food you will not be disappointed. Sometimes you have to wait for the table.
The bowl is very rich, the dishes are abundant. the problem they have with the smoke is annoying and uncomfortable, almost there is to wear change of clothes.
With that cold a sopit falls very well, super recommended attention is unique, the meat on the plate and its salsa are spectacular my colleagues in the office we were very pleased.
