What Beaulah D'Amore doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Chipotle for me is to expensive I get no meat and it is the same price as the chicken, then when I ask for extra rice they try to charge me over a dollar more. This would make that bowl over nine dollars and almost ten. Chipotle is just not worth the price to me anymore. View all feedback.
I just wanted to give a special shout-out to the staff at this Chipotle. My sister is a cancer patient, she is immunosuppressed with dietary restrictions. We went to this Chipotle to pick up a Veggie Bowl for her. We informed the woman and man taking our order that this order was for a cancer patient and that we were wondering if they could accommodate a few small special requests. On their own initiative, the staff made special accommodations for us that happened to be the special requests we were going to make. On their own initiative they did a glove change, arranged for a single staff member to handle making the whole order, checked that the ingredients for the veggie bowl were fresh and had not been touched by anyone else prior, and the veggie bowl was in it’s own to go bag. It was such a relief to us that such a special order with special requests was handled with such care and without hesitation. I didn’t get any ones names but it was the staff working on 02/25/2022 for the lunch shift. Great job, everyone! We are very grateful for what you did for us!
That is the worst chipotle they keep opening out of the camp never keeps constant hours. You can't accept that you're going to go. then they go through the city to campus and everything is available.
I actually got a burrito, and there was a sign on the door that said from tortillas. I went into the counter to order and said chicken burrito and I saw a stack tortillas probably 6 inches high before the hired. he said it was from tortillas I said that he looked at the tortillas and he said they were for online orders and I thought he was joking so I said hühner burrito again he said tortillas only for online orders. I said you mean it seriously and he said yes. whole time this went on not a single burrito was always made for an online order. I said her sweat is right because there are not many online orders. he said no, so I gave him my 2 cent and left. there is no possibility, that is social policy. tortillas are tortillas and it can not be some for online orders and some for walk in order. I'll never eat chipotle again. how did they turn off a customer with tortillas where the customer could see. I really try to talk to the highest management I can
Absolutely not pleased. I ordered online. I paid $17 for double meat chicken and steak. there was 2 peices of steak. maybe a teaspoon of sour cream. a sprinkle of cheese. I called and called and called. no one will answer. the bowl I ordered also barely had any meat. nowheres near the 4 oz they are supposed to give. I have COVID so I had to have contactless delivery. I'm extremely upset. terrible.
What a joke!!! Tried the new steak burrito and got 5 little stripes of steak so I asked for double meat!! Got to check out, asked for chips and cheese and my total came to $26.82!!!! Will never forget this one!!Let's just say, normally I can't finish the burrito... I finished it and was still hungry!!! Totally crazy!!
