The Blue Boat - Mankato

What David Schmitt likes about The Blue Boat:
This is a great place for a beverage during happy hour, diverse eats you'll find nowhere else in Mankato, and listen to some live music. I know it has only been up and running for a few seasons, but this has quickly become one of my favorites to hang out. Right now we have some complementary popcorn to go with our drinks while watching hockey on the big screen. A live band is jamming away right around the other side.... View all feedback.

What Meagan Crary doesn't like about The Blue Boat:
I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely and the drinks are fantastic. However, I have been disappointed with the food every time I have dined here. The last visit, I ordered the pork chops and they were extremely overcooked, making them difficult to chew. The concept is great, but I think they should concentrate on perfecting a few dishes rather than offering many mediocre ones. View all feedback.
