The negative reviews aren't surprising at all. Go to Google reviews and you'll find a lot more over the years. The owner is and has always treated people horribly her whole life. It's sad that she treats her young staff this way. To see how she responds to customers that give her negative reviews shows that she doesn't care about or respect people. Always great ice cream. Chocolate's too. Wonderful selection of flavors. No sugar added too.
