Sambucus is a restaurant located inside the main market of Manlleu, a town near Vic, in the center of Catalonia. I came here to eat a daily menu, which was very good. I ate green peas cream with pieces of cured sausage as first dish, brewed offal (menuts in Catalan) as second dish, and nougat ice-cream as dessert. "I reserved a table in this restaurant in order to go with some relatives, 11 people, and the experience was very good. They prepared a menu for us with four starters, four second courses and other four desserts to choose. Some meals were better than others, but everything pretty good and well presented. The final price not very expensive at all Besides, the table was in a private dinning room, so the sensation was like being home without all the working. And the staff diligent and kind."
