Seit fast 20 Jahren gehen wir mindestens 2 - 3 pro Jahr hier essen. Norbert Dobler schafft es aber immer noch, uns zu überraschen. Nie wird seine Küche langweilig. Seine Fischgerichte und die Saucen sind außergewöhnlich. Ja, hier gibt es keine Experimentierküche, doch wer braucht das, wenn er eine perfekt zubereitete Hochrippe vom US Rind dafür bekommt. eating was good, but not exceptional. I had higher expectations to a restaurant in this price level. the waiter was friendly but forget to open the French red wine before the main course arrived, which had the result that the wine got enough...air such mistakes can not happen with these high quality weeping. it was interesting to try this restaurant, but I think I would rather spend my money somewhere in the future.
