My parents go to Tim Hortons several times a week and this was one of worst service that they have had. Today they had to wait in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. Everyone in line had to wait for their order because of the extremely slow unorganized service. My mother's tea had no sugar (ordered with 2 sugar) and was cold.
