What Adam likes about Melzar's Mountain Resort:
Lovely restaurant and Hotel accomodation laid out in 2 separate buildings. Wonderful panoramic views and great food too. Friendly staff. Very close to the Oriental Mindoro Cultural Heritage Centre. What Waldo S doesn't like about Melzar's Mountain Resort:
My wife and I went there for breakfast. We were greeted by loudly blasting techno-style xmas jingles. At least they toned it down a bit at our request. They have only Philippino food; no other options. The formerly public view point at the top of the mountain disappeared and became part of Melzar's. If you want to view the infinity pool, it costs you 50 PHP already. Good location, but nothing for us. read more.

"For years we have always stopped here for a meal when we go through roxas, as it is about the only reason to come here. yesterday we stopped again and enjoyed a delicious Vietnamese eating the personal is attentive and the meals were. in 10 minutes or so delivered. there are several small huts in the garden that can accommodate diners. my favorite is here the fresh sprig rolls, the choice of veggie, huh, garnel or swarm."

"My wife and I had taro milk teas and a chicken adobo. The milk teas actually contained real tea not just the powder! The adobo was great, too. Not a huge portion, but definitely worth it. Only thing that needs improvement was the service: they took our order...and then left us sitting there, wondering what's going on. No drinks served, not even water."
