This is my favorite ice cream shop in the area. They have so many unique flavors and they are great at customer service. It's a very kid-friendly spot, and I like that it's right next to so many other restaurants so you can do dinner at one place and walk next door for dessert. This is the second visit. First was decent enough. Don 't remember anything great or terrible. Visited again and we were disappointed. We visited in the mid afternoon (2 pm). They hadn 't made the hot fudge or caramel yet . They didn 't have any cookies for the ice cream sandwiches. They seemed unprepared to sell anything. Worst part? Manager /owner was there and aware.
