"I had pork ribs in a mole barbecue sauce, and my wife had a skirt steak. Oaxaca food is definitely Mexican, but prepared differently from standard Mexican restaurants. The salsa was robust, the Mexican rice had vegetables, and the refried beans were creamier. Really a delightful surprise. Truly tasty. Plus I hadn't expected to find such a good restaurant in Chelan. "The food and service is hard to beat, with an open patio you can sit and enjoy your meal on as you watch the livelihood of Chelan. The breakfast is fantastic and is more than just your average breakfast platters from any old breakfast chain. The Texas biscuits and gravy was delicatable and probably one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Wait staff is friendly and attentive, and their dog Brody likes to keep you company, too! Good place to eat, would come here more often if I lived here."
