The place is in the same building as our hotel, smack in the city center. The waiter was very friendly and efficient advising my wife about her lactose intolerance. I had a very good tagliere followed by pumpkin tortelli. A rather nice local Merlot wine was also provided. The price was convenient and the 20% discount for booking via The Fork made it a bargain. I was seduced into this restaurant by the menu, which sounded good. However, the standard of the food fell very far below expectations. I started with a fish carbonara. The pasta was undercooked and cold, the sauce not at all creamy. I followed with a cut of beef, which came again cold, as were the accompanying vegetables.
