Wow. I'm shocked. What an improvement. Wait for Mantua McD's less than 5 minutes. The whole food was hot fresh and right made, nothing was missing and nuggets were still hot and fresh when we came home after about 10 minutes drive. They even gave us napkins! What Kimberly K doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Waited over 30 minutes for food after being told to pull into a spot to wait for fries. We were forgotten about. Went inside and they were rude and annoyed. They began to get my food together and said I would have to wait for fries yet again. I kindly asked for a refund and was given one. No apology given. Poor customer service.
