Wow. I'm shocked. What an improvement. Wait for Mantua McD's less than 5 minutes. The whole food was hot fresh and right made, nothing was missing and nuggets were still hot and fresh when we came home after about 10 minutes drive. They even gave us napkins! Waited over 30 minutes for food after being told to pull into a spot to wait for fries. We were forgotten about. Went inside and they were rude and annoyed. They began to get my food together and said I would have to wait for fries yet again. I kindly asked for a refund and was given one. No apology given. Poor customer service. Got my order wrong twice. It was simple I wanted a quarter pounder with just ketchup, onions and pickles. Came out plain. Girl at drive up said I had to get to end of drive through line. I said no way then she said ok wr will bring out to you. This one had everything on it . I gave up Just through it away after a couple bites. Plus both were dripping with grease.
