I ordered lunch at 11:45 and received the confirmation of Active Menus. I got a call from Active Menus to say noon that they couldn't find a driver and would give me 50% if I left and picked him up. I decided to do this, but when I came to Potbelly's, they said they had my pick-up time at 5:20. Not sure how it happened, but then I had to wait 20 minutes to get food.
