Definitely better quality than SubwayQuiznos was toasting subs first and they do it right with a real oven.

Not the greatest quiznosHad the beef dip and the beef and the dip were refrigerator cold.

this place has a lot of healthy variety is sandwiches and they are made right in front of your eyes, plus it is quick and affordable

"This was my second time visiting a Kokoro Mazesoba location (first time was the downtown location) and this visit did not disappoint! Ordered the Niku Mazesoba and it was consistent with my first visit. Super creamy, rich, and very filling! Highly recommend and will continue coming back for this!"

"Amazing food, always consistent. After dining here 10+ times I can easily say grounds and greens never disappoints. Food, Drinks and Baked items are always 10/10. Definitely one of my favourite vegan cafes in the lower mainland. I don't normally leave reviews but this place is too good not to! Highly recommend."

"Decided to visit this place. we wait 15 minutes after sitting. it turned out that we waited for a welcome tee drink. it would have been great to know why we waited. the food was good, we had the lamb and the chicken it was juicy and delicious with the butter rice, good portion size. great little spot. menu prices increase"

"Last night my wife noticed a new sign up on Dewdney Trunk close to 228 st.A new southern fried chicken Chicken counter had found it's place.!We decided to try it, and very glad we did.The place is clean, clean, clean. And the choices are many. Just opened in January. I know where I'll be going for my Southern Fried Chicken.Very limited seating, takeout main idea.
