this must be the most pleasant dieucks in bc. the personal is as incredibly friendly, I feel like I'm surrounded by friends when I walk in. they work so hard, but still make it such a nice atmosphere and get so quick. best karamellband frappuccino of my life. Very disappointed with this location. First time ordering my order was completely wrong. Second time we did a mobile order, was quoted 4-8 minutes, was finally ready after 30 minutes! When we first arrived there was only 1 person making drinks, 1 person on cash, and 1 person was cleaning windows for 15 minutes until he decided to come help assist with the orders.
