beautiful place to have a nice breakfast. because the place is known for their pancakes, I always try to go to the other things. I can honestly say that the taste profile for the eggs were fantastic, speck was extremely delicious and cooked to the perfect amount of crisp to my taste and the sourded brot was fantastic. textur and portion size skews this review. French toast, yes this is only; a piece in half cut. Come on, broth proportions should be plentiful as pancakes. bacon was much less than crispy. the green sauce on the omelette was exceptional, but I think I'll ask for a 3-egg scrambble next visit because the omelette texture is too piety; too much air, filler or stretcher in the ice mix.
