One of the more underrated BBQ joints in St. Louis. I feel like those in South City know what’s up, but Adam’s isn’t as well known across the metro, but it should be. Rivaling places like Pappy’s/Sugarfire/Bogart’s, etc., Adam’s is delicious! View all feedback.

Paid 18 dollars for burnt ends sandwich. Which consisted of a small half cup portion of burnt ends half cup portion of potatoe salad and a bun. The quality of the burnt ends was lack luster at best. A few bites were decent but most were dry. I have been here multiple times in the past and the portions were bigger and the price was more affordable.
