They surprised us with a 20% mandatory gratuity as we were paying, plus a 3.5% credit card surcharge charged on the total including the forced tip! What a rip off! I was getting beer at the brewery, otherwise I would have told our party to go elsewhere. They charged us $15 dollars to basically hand us our food like McDolnalds.
