They just do whatever, open whenever, and make whatever, regardless of what you order. It’s always blamed on “management” but I’ve only ever seen the same two people working over the last year. If you don’t care and just want some after bar food, it’s good enough, but they couldn’t care less, and you’re really better off just going home and slamming a piece of bread.
