Walked in and was greeted with “it’ll be a 20 minute wait” by one of your workers. Initially we walked out because who wants to be greeted like that but then decided 20 minutes wasn’t that bad. When we got to the register the person working said “it’ll be a 20 minute wait so you might as well go somewhere else”.
