This fine restaurant in the heart of the Guemes district is quite a find. It brings to heart the experience of a French Bistro, with the relaxed atmosphere of Lyon or Province. The food is simple and healthy, yet sophisticated. A phenomenal choice of Mendoza wines, and a delicate fusion of French and Argentinian cuisine. One of my all-time favorites.
