Ice cream isn't ugly, but I don't think it's the best ice cream in the world as one of its phrases indicates... Good brand image, all premises are equal franchise style, all employees dressed equally, are in strategic places, etc. But I do not justify paying 30-40% more than in other ice cream shops where the image is probably not as careful, but the ice cream is still being prepared as when it was opened more than 2...
