"We reserved a table upfront, which is a must to give Dany and his wife the chance to prepare the starters and to know what kind of fish is served for the day. First impression: The whole day it is a fish market and in the evening it still is, but really sweet shaped. The starters already were so yammi, 3 kinds of fish: Octopus salad with vinaigrette (never had it before, now one of our fav dishes , king prawns and tuna salad with tomatoes and oil. Afterwards (we thought this should be the 1st plate we had mussels in oil (1 whole plate for 2, so tasty and soooo much! as a 2nd starter! Then came the first plate: Risotto with mussels, octopus and king prawns. Great idea, our best risotto here in sardegna! Then came the best thing, we unfortunately thought this must be it and wondered why Dany brought a whole plate of fish with him and showed it to the other guests. OK, they are going to take these home (maybe pre ordered!? , we thought. Next thing we know, he stands beside us, grinning and asking what kind of fish and how much we want!!! I (already full till above had to try the salmon! He just fried it with a small amount of salt, oil and parsley unbelievable... I love Fish, therefore eat it a lot; but again, the best you could imagine delicate and juicy at its best. In the end came the biggest surprise, two complete meals and the drinks: 43€... OO! We 've had an as good of a dinner here in Sardegna for more than double the price!!! If you like fish, mussels and seafood, you 'll love Danys!!! Cooked with so much love and passion! Mille, mille grazie; buenisimo!!!"

"It's worth going there for the kitch deco which is museum of everything the owner collected through his life: busts of statues, pictures of anyone, including Led Zeppeling and the pope, a collection of minerals, etc. Although very busy the staff was very kind. Pizzas are thin and very tasty at a very cheap price. There were some local dishes on the menu, including delicious snails on a mild spicy tomato sauce. Good selection of beer."

"The waitress were friendly and helpful. Pasta al dente . Price in the average. Both the spaghetti arselle and spaghetti al cartoccio were quite dry. They could use a little bit of white wine to make the spaghetti arselle more juici and some more spices to spaghetti cartoccio to give more pondus to the sauce. The size of the dishes were quite small."
