Nice and different. In a way, it is as going back in time and taste food as it was 40, 50 years ago. Local ingredients, detailed preparation, cheese, “pannacotta”, “ricotta”, pasta and meat together with a variety of starters that expand your sense of story and traditions and finally, handmade desserts just as you got them at your grandmother’s place.
