After giving more than a week's notice, I came to pick up my cake for my eighteenth birthday. Once I arrive, I get told that they just forgot to make it! Even after I left an 80€ deposit... it was a big problem and they couldn't justify having forgotten the order, instead just told me they could try and contact the baker... truly disappointing and horrible that a bakery with such a good reputation can make such a hug...
