"After nearly 10 days in Spain touring all over the country, we needed a respite from ‘Spanish Food’. Let’s establish that we are from New York/New Jersey and anyone who has been there knows how seriously we take our Pizza. However, cannot express how pleased we were with our experience at La Pizza de Andre. While the place was a bit of a challenge to find and park, that was the only thing about the visit that was not fabulous. Full of locals when we arrived, the place has a charming outdoor patio, and the service was warm and attentive. For starters, we had a mixed salad that was a welcome change from the local cuisine. Spinach, arugula, olives, onion and tomato, adorned with some tuna…..just delicious. Next up was the pizza….they have 50 signature pies with a wide range of toppings. We chose a white pie with arugula, mozzarella and straciatella that was thin crispy and delicious. Followed that up with a red pie with mushrooms and onions, equally as scrumptious. I fancy my pizza with some heat, and they offer both a chili infused olive oil as well as some fiery crushed red peppers that were just what the doctor prescribed after a week of very savory (and at times, bland) local cuisine. Add to that a small, but well curated selection of wines, and, I can see why this pizzeria was rated numero uno in Marbella. In fact, they would give some of New York’s best a run for their money. Needless to say—HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"To be advised by the maitre, antonio, and to test the output of a letter is safe. the day we were the chef had been inspired with a thousand foie leaves with cheese goats, peach pyonols with Dutch sauce, green sauce merluce and to finish the apple tatina. the terrace, with live music, on weekends, a place with a special charm in the center of marbella. attention and impeccable service. totally recommended."
