Jersey Mike's - March Air Reserve Base

Fabulous service, professionally prepared catering boxes for a large volunteer group packaging donations to support Maui after the devastating fire. They were numbered and everyone knew what their favorite sub was. Good to know Jersey Mike is very popular!

I am a fan of jersey mikes sandwiches. This review is mostly to express disappointment and frustration over the horrible customer service that you receive at the riverside location, near march field air museum. There have been several bad experiences but the most recent is enough for us to not purchase food from this location. My husband ordered food for delivery from jersey mikes app. They made a sandwich wrong. We called and talked to the manager on duty on 9/11) and mentioned that they wouldn't deliver it and wouldn't refund the sandwich. That they would remake it and we could pick it up however, that was a huge inconvenience considering we paid for delivery and now we had to go to the store and pick it up. This manager had a bad attitude and did not do anything to make up for their mistake. We plan on calling a store manager because this was a horrible experience and it just doesn't seem like they care to make improvements to their customer service. I have encountered some nice employees but when there is a problem with the order those employees can't do much to fix the problem and the people who can choose not to fix it. I wouldn't recommend buying food from this location.

They are ok. There is too much bread, and they way over charge.

Sandwich was fresh and tasty, , good customer service, very organized, speedy service. Location clean.

The bread was stale and hard ! At other locations the bread is fresh and soft ! Maybe it can be worked on ?
