"This small well-known device is open today Thursday to Saturday in the evenings and what a really nice little place, perfect for families, couples or girlie nights outside. eating has a sri Lanka theme, but something for everyone. I had the spicy beef and my partner had the dish of the day, huh with rice and a super sauce that she poured over the rice, sorted veg in cocos milk. for dessert we shared the most wonderful apples “al dente” slightly pasty and light crumbs of divided mandels above. beautiful bottle red and coffee. would definitely recommend. the restaurant is also open for lunch, Buddha bowls create it from different ingredients options, clobige sandwiches with interesting fillings. he also sells fresh tea leaves from sri lanka."

"Interesting place. Converted suburban house with tables round an old pool. Varied menu. Had good fish ceviche to start and steak to follow.came with a mountain of balsamic source which is on most dishes on the menu. Good value at just over euro including...drinks for two"

"Visited for lunch and had a lovely time with friends. The whole team at Le Tamariou where fantastic, attentive service and great food. Super fresh Oysters, Gambas and clams. The house pate is also a must try. Well worth a detour for lunch if your nearby. Particular thanks to the girls waiting the tables, fab service. Thank You."

"I just went here with a group and it was a wonderful experience! We tasted oysters, shrimp, whelk and pâté of course with local white wine. The surroundings and views make for a very unique experience on Arcachon Bay. Eric and his team do a great job of welcoming people and we got a bonus explanation of how the oysters are raised and farmed. Highly recommended! Food: 5"
