Went to the Boulevard for the first time tonight, and probably the last. We sat outside which was very nice. I ordered the Scallops with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were cold and there were 4 tiny scallops sitting in some kind of congealed sauce, all this for $50.00. My husband had the fish special which was good.
