Despite its hard to find location, this restaurant is definitely worth to check. The food was inventive with some really interesting associations. The entry (Foie gras) was one of the best i ate in a long time. The meat was perfectly cooked (beautiful pink for the veal) and the sauce coming with it was a delight. living in the cantal and wanted to discover this restaurant for several years; We went there. I'm disappointed or even more. The service is certainly casual but not accurate. advertisements do not match the dishes served or those written on the map. Just an exceptional place! The gastronomy is amazing and the rooms are very warm. The staff is also very courteous and has your listening I highly recommend
