"We were a little apprehensive as we do not speak French but wanted a proper french evening meal. We did not need to worry as we were put at ease, as soon as we arrived, by our host for the evening. We took a stab at ordering, the menu obviously in french. What we had was delicious, two courses for €26. The appetiser and free after dinner shot were nice extra touches. Thank you"

"I was born in Mangalore in India and was so happy to find a this restaurant named after Mangalore. But was disappointed to learn there was nothing on the menu that was authentic mangalore. However, it is a very good restaurant for north indian cuisine (adapted to french taste buds! . So worth a visit! Talking about food: Overall good. Try the menu options and do not miss the Chicken Tandoor. Loved it! It also has good choice of lassis and cocktails (don't expect too much alchohol in it although it mentions it! . We were disappointed with the Biryani. We ordered Chicken biryani and we were given veg pulav (may be they call it veg biryani! . The server was kind enough to change it. The chicken biryani was nowhaere close to its name. Rice was half cooked and there was cucumber and fresh tomato in it. It was more a chicken pulav! The service was good and the servers were cordial and friendly. (Although they forgot what was ordered! . Pleasant ambience and easily accessible."

"Un mot pour decrire ce restaurant : Atypique .Atypique pour la déco pour la disposition de la salle qui donne 4 petits espaces intimes . Et bien entendu personnel. ..et amis de passage très Atypique. On ne s ennuie pas Chez Jean Claude ! On partage le plaisir de bien manger mais aussi de se réunir et de passer un bon moment entre amis. On profite des plaisirs de la vie en toute simplicité comme si on était à la maison . "We took the menu at 22 euros. aperitif offered. It was good and hearty, especially the entrance, the butter chicken, and the basmati rice. a flat on my lamb dish, it was too spicy. I was no longer hungry for dessert, yet very good: balls to pink. Fast and attentive service. clean toilet. 15% discount on take-away dishes."

"Slightly disappointing. I had expected more based on the reviews. The staff said barely a word, the food was nice enough but nothing special. The hummous and tabouleh were good, the beef filled pastry, less so. The brochettes were OK but i wouldn't be rushing back!"
