When I arrive at this panera location a saw dirty dishes still on tables. When I got to pick up my order the person wasn't being polite, respectful and professional. I didn't get everything I ordered (dressing, cheese on my soup, croutons on soup) and I didn't receive my brownie and the bread was hard and old.
