Aka the Formosan? Don't let the name fool you, this is Taiwanese. I took my (reluctant) mother who DOES NOT do spicy, and we split the dumplings and the eggplant with shredded pork. Unfortunately, this wasn't as good as we were hoping. It's a small restaurant located inside a small strip mall in a not so great area of town. The staff were very nice, but the food was just ok. We liked the fried tofu (it's not stinky, which is what I was hoping for) and salt pepper chicken, but everything else was a bit disappointing. Prices are reasonable.
